I can saute, turn, pluck, pinch, and grab.One of the best "surprise" features it has is the lock. It keeps its lock - even in the dishwasher. It is, as the same time, smooth and adjustable enough for me to unlock them with one hand if needed (and at the grill, this comes in QUITE handy!). COMPLETELY dishwasher safe. They are indespensible to me, and I am going to invest in a few more to have around the house. What more could you ask for? |
