First, only one part of the order shipped with one of the light bulb socket damaged. The seller promised to get a whole set delivered to us but in stead we got only the base. There were tremendous confusion between the seller and the company, we were contacted directly by the company to find out what model we ordered in order to find the matching base. We thought the seller should be sorry for what we encountered but instead all we got from their responses were excuses and blames on the company. After we spent days to fix the socket and installed the lamp, we got a email from the seller stating that we can return the item and be reimbursed. By the way the lamp is the most difficult commercial product to install. It's heavy and clumsy. We finally decided that we are not going to spend another day to disassemble and pack. I had no idea that this was part of the lamp, because I didnt receive any other parts, so I returned it and asked for another shipment.After waiting 3-4 weeks because it was out of stock, I finally received BOTH boxes, but much to my dismay, the base was not packaged as well this time and had large chunks chipped off. I returned it for a refund. Maybe if someone gets a working lamp they can accurately gauge the finished product, but I give it a one star because I never got there. |
